We hope you had a wonderful break and are as excited as we are to return to the pistes. Our regular schedule is back, and we’re excited to see everyone in training, along with our Saturday Specials — an excellent opportunity to refine your skills and train with our amazing coaches.

SISTA

Mark your calendars as the 31st edition of SISTA-SFZ Tournament will take place on Saturday, September 28, and Sunday, September 29, 2024. We invite you to witness some top-notch fencing at Sporthallen Zuid, located at Burgerweeshuispad 54, 1076 EP Amsterdam. It is also a great opportunity to purchase some equipment.

As usual, we need some volunteers to help out at the tournament on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday. Please get in touch with Daniel if you can lend a hand, and thanks in advance!

General Meeting (ALV)

Please save the date for our General Meeting (ALV), which will be held on Friday November 15 from 19:00 to 20:00. This is a great opportunity to discuss club matters, get updates on the season, and voice any ideas you might have for the club’s future.

After the meeting, we’ll have some casual fencing and drinks, so be sure to stick around for a fun evening with your fellow members.

Amsterdam Sports and Exercise Week

Lastly, we wish everyone an exciting Amsterdam Sports and Exercise Week, which runs from September 20-29. SchermCentrum Amsterdam is proud to be part of this city-wide celebration of sports, so come and join us in promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.
